DB9, DBS or DB9S?
I have a 2006 Aston Martin DB9 Volante, this website is about Aston Martin DB9 Updates and Modifications.
A previous owner spent a large amount of money modifying parts of the bodywork and interior to look more like an Aston Martin DBS.
The DBS is based on a DB9 but is far more expensive, using many carbon parts and has an upgraded Engine, Suspension and brakes.
Modifications
These are changes I made to improve the performance, looks, handling or comfort of the car.
This will include upgrading the chassis to be stiffer, improving the braking or performance and also the style, comfort and convenience of the DB9.
Thus the car has become far more like a DBS to drive and sit in.
Updates
Fitting later parts from later DB9s or DBSs to update the car, such as later seats, armrests, wheels etc.
Some updates are for convenience such as installing Android Auto and reversing camera
