Aston Martin DBS DRL (Daylight Running Lights). I like to have DRLs (Daylight running lights) on my car to make it more visible, my Aston Martin is from 2006 and Aston Martin didn’t add DRLs to the DBS at all and the DB9 didn’t have them until 2013.
I added them in the slots toward the bottom of the DBS front bumper, they are set up in voltage sensing mode so they have permanent power but only switch on when they sense that the alternator is charging the battery, i.e. the engine is running.
There are 5 lights on each side, each of them a 1W Cree LED providen 1000 lumens per side.
